Musical alert... American Idol The Musical

I knew it would be different.  And it took a couple of songs in for me to come to grips with favorite Green Day songs being song with some Broadway flair.  But over all I liked the storyline they came up with to tie all the GD songs together.  A couple of cute actors didn't hurt it either.  This is one NOT to bring your kids to since the content is very mature.  Rating: 4 out of 5 stars
