2011 SAN DIEGO LOS ANGELES: Day 1

The trip to San Diego seemed much longer than I thought it would be. It must have been the 3-hour layover in Chicago. I could barely keep my eyes open! I was so happy to finally make it there!

Tita, Baby and I drove straight from the airport to Santa Monica. Wow! Anrey was right -- L.A. traffic is awful! It almost doubled the time to get there! Thank goodness we have a GPS in our rental car because we didn't get lost when we veered off the highway to grab a snack or use the bathroom.

We finally made it to Santa Monica Place, a nice mall that Khyla wanted to go to since it has the store Love Culture. First we had lunch at Xino before doing some shopping.




Great, the first celebrity we see is Paris Hilton in Kitson. Now how am I suppose to shop there if they close it up for her?!

MOVIE ALERT: Priest

So Aaron and I had a surprise date night. We went food shopping only to find out BJ's was closing as we got there. So we kept driving to Crocker Park and caught Priest and had dinner at our favorite Cheesecake Factory.

These vampires were spooky! And I don't think they sparkle in the sun. Dang girl! Maggie Q was in the company of some hot men on screen!
