GIRLIE UPDATE: Hawaii Five-O: Ne Me'e Laua Na Paio

Finally! A new episode! What a twist of a story.

So a new cast member is introduced. I think it should have been a local Hawai'ian girl, say one of Kono's good friends, who works at the library, can pull up any information using her awesome computer skills, and can flirt with McGarrett without being serious. Now that would have been a better choice!

Need to pack and clean

I've been trying to clean around the house so Anrey don't have to live in a pigsty when he comes over. Its an overwhelming task! I started with laundry. That also helped with the packing -- I've been picking clothes to wear on the trip as I hang up all my washed clothes. We also tackled bathing one dog. Well Keala helped us make the decision since she decided to rub in the mud yesterday. She looked like she joined the military and was running drills with the camouflage on the face. She also had mud streaking down her belly.

We are all done with buying food and putting gas in the car. There's so much more to do and we still need to go to work each night. Bad plan! I guess I would have taken a day or two off if it wasn't mid-terms week.

IUI ALERT: Ouch!

OK the procedure hurt this time around. I wish I brought some Tylenol with me. Did you know that Ibuprofen affects the proper release of eggs during ovulation? You know Ibuprofen has been my "candy" of choice for every ache and pain I've have in the last 10 years. Could it be another reason why I'm having a hard time getting hapai? Other than my age, of course.

Well Aaron's taking me to Legacy Village down the street for lunch. Oh there's a California Pizza Kitchen! I'm excited now. What pain?

IUI ALERT: Lucky number 5

Our last and final attempt has arrived. We are off to Cleveland Clinic at Beachwood this morning. I'm very tired but I'm looking forward to a nice breakfast at Mickey D's with Aaron. Wish us luck!

GIRLIE UPDATE: A Cavill fix

It seems BBC America plays The Tudors on Wednesday nights. It doesn't hurt to sneak a peek of the handsome Duke of Suffolk after a busy day at work! Oh the early years...

Concert alert... Good Charlotte

Aaron and I grabbed a fast dinner at the House of Blues bar before heading into the concert hall. For being one of the last ones in line for the front of line pass, we still got in before the general public and snagged us a front row seat. Not front row but the front of the upper level with seats. We think its the perfect view of the house besides the VIP deck above.

The open acts were Runner Runner and Forever the Sickest Kids. Good Charlotte was great! Aaron knew more songs than he thought. I have get more of their music to add to my collection.

GIRLIE UPDATE: A Butler fix

TNT is playing Lara Croft: Cradle of Life all day! Watched the first half before the concert and plan to watch the other half when I come back home. Oh he looks so fine!

Snow, tsunamis and floods

While Hawai'i is under a tsunami warning, we got slammed with heavy snow overnight.

I texted my sister who got called into work overnight and I talked to my mom to make sure she was alright. Family from Kona, Maui and Oahu were arriving for a family reunion today. Now we pray and wait.

What, its not Thursday?

I went on with my day as it was my Friday, planning for the weekend and sending out all my last minute emails. Darn, I got one more day to go!

On a bright note, I got to talk to my Anake Peggy tonight! Mykala too. They just wondered by I wasn't coming home to Hawai'i. I'll miss them and the rest of the Ohana!

GIRLIE UPDATE: DC in drag

The bloke does not make a good-looking woman! Oh dear. You should stick to your tailored tuxedos and skimpy swim trunks! At least it was for a good cause.

2011 BOSTON - MAINE: The Hawaiians are going snowboarding!

With sadness, Aaron and I could not commit to going home to Hawai'i this month to see my mom, aunties and uncles, and cousins and their keikis. The timing was set when Aaron and I were planning to do more fertility treatments so we couldn't work it into our schedule.

But along with the sadness comes some excitement... Aaron and I are meeting up with Nalani, Ho'e and Khyla in Boston, Massachusetts, and will take a road trip up to Sugarloaf, Maine for some winter sports.

5 days in the city, 4 days up on the mountains. Lord knows I need some sun right now but how can we pass up a chance to spend time with the ohana? And we get to visit Tim too!

Let the research and planning begin!
