Lorain County International Festival

We had a slow start but we finally made it to the yearly festival for a late lunch. We were all attracted to the Filipino booth over Puerto Rican, Greek and the rest of the national booths. Unfortunately my chicken adobo was not even vinegary. Junk! Their noodles had the essence of pancit. Aaron tried their BBQ pork and fried rice. Gosh I miss my daddy's adobo!

The horrible noise in the background was Russian
We redeemed ourselves by having dessert -- Khyla got ice cream from the Americana booth, Aaron got baklava from the Greek booth and I got snoogles from the Polish booth.

On our walk back to the car we stopped at the bazaar to look at international items. Aaron ended up buying us earrings from Peru. How sweet! What's that in the air? Eewww... June bugs everywhere!!

We are going to have dinner with the Meade's later tonight!
