2010 NYC: Day 3 Amtrak to NYC

Nalani and I started the morning working out again while Khyla slept in. After a nice shower we packed and checked out of the Four Seasons Boston.

The house car took us to South Station where we had a fast breakfast before catching the Amtrak 137 train.

We rode through MA, RI and CT and arrived in NY in 5 hours.

Brrrr!

Riding through Massachusetts

... and through Connecticut
We arrived at the Penn Station and was introduced to the humid subway heat! It slapped us in the face, blah! And carrying/dragging our luggage up the subway stairs was horrible.

We made it out and we hailed our first NYC yellow taxi cab off of W. 31st. What a ride! OMG! We found the Four Seasons New York but the cab was across the street so he pulled a U-turn across 4 lanes!

We were happy to be in our hotel. The air condition was a great relief because it's 94 degrees today! We have a very nice deluxe corner room. The bathroom is to-die-for! The soak tub fills in 60-seconds!

And we can actually see Central Park from our window.
